  • Yields: 4 Servings

Ingredients

2 8-ounce Top Sirloin steaks, 1 1/2" thick

Coffee Cocoa Rub

1/3 cup Ground coffee

1/4 cup Cocoa powder

1/3 cup Brown sugar

1 tbsp Paprika

1 tsp Cinnamon

1 tsp Cayenne pepper

1 tsp Salt

Directions

1Take steaks out of refrigerator and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.

2Preheat grill to high heat.

3Mix rub ingredients in a bowl. Once steaks have come to room temperature, rub each steak on both sides with mixture. The rub recipe makes lots so store the rest in an airtight container for later use.

4Cook steaks for 4 minutes each side, turning once (medium-rare). Once cooked, remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
