1Preheat oven to 350F.
2Wash and dry chicken thighs. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and cayenne. Place in a shallow baking pan.
3Mix all ingredients for the sauce well and pour over chicken.
4Bake uncovered for 1 hour, or until tender, basting thighs every 15 minutes.
Add the sauce from the baking pan as a substitute for water when pureeing to add extra flavour.
