1Preheat oven to 425F.
2Mix together in a bowl the mayonnaise, Ranch salad dressing, and Parmesan cheese.
3In a separate bowl combine bread crumbs, basil, and oregano.
4Place chicken breasts on a baking sheet. Spread mayonnaise mixture on the top of each breast. Sprinkle bread crumb mixture over top, coating each evenly.
5Bake for 20 minutes.
