Tangy Beer Pork Chops

Enjoy these tangy, yet sweet flavoured pork chops for a great meal!

4 Pork chops

3/4 cup Ketchup

1/4 cup Barbeque Sauce

1/2 Can or bottle of beer

1/3 cup Packed brown sugar


1Preheat oven to 350F.

2In a medium bowl, combine the ketchup, brown sugar and beer. Mix well and pour into a 9"x13" baking dish. Place the pork chops in this mixture in the dish.

3Bake, uncovered, at 350F for 1 hour, or internal pork temperature reaches 145F. Place foil over pork chops if they start to brown too quickly.

Puree Tips

Use the sauce from the baking pan when pureeing instead of water.
