Tilapia with Lemon Dill Sauce

Ingredients

2 Tilapia fillets

Salt and pepper

3 tbsp Butter

Lemon Dill Sauce

2 Cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup Dry white wine or chicken stock

2 tbsp Lemon juice

3 tbsp Fresh dill (or 1 tbsp of dried dill)

1/2 tsp Dijon mustard

1/2 cup Heavy cream

3 tbsp Butter

Directions

1Preheat oven to 400F.

2Place Tilapia fillets in a non-stick pan and season with salt and pepper. Dollop butter on top of fillets.

3In a small saucepan over medium heat add garlic, wine or chicken stock, lemon juice, and dill. Bring to a boil and boil for about 2 minutes.

4Reduce heat and whisk in mustard and heavy cream. Continue to cook until it thickens, making sure to whisk the entire time.

5Remove from heat and Whisk in butter pieces one at a time.

6Bake fillets for 10-15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with sauce on top.

Puree Tips

Serve lemon dill sauce on the side for dipping.
